We do High Pressure Die Casting of Aluminium and Zinc Components.
The composition of the raw material is maintained throughout the
series of steps and processes. The raw material is inspected and
full-fledged inspection report is prepared even though the supplier
himself submits the inspection report alongwith the raw material
supply. The raw casts are inspected for cracks, air bubbles and
other defects during casting and the rejected casts are segregated
such that there cannot be accidental mixing with the good casts.
The raw casts are then machined on the infrastructure available
with us. Besides, doing our regular Die Casting works we also undertake
High Pressure Die Casting works on subcontract basis. The high pressure
die casts are developed as per the drawings/samples provided by
the customers.
