Manufacturing Process

The sophisticated infrastructure forms the backbone of our phenomenal success, due to which we have been capable to satiate the requirements of our clients within stipulated time frame. Sprawling over a large area, our world class infrastructure is in tune with the norms of TS-9000. All the manufacturing processes are carried on latest tooled-up machines for optimum quality with least dependence on variation in human factors.

Our Manufacturing Facility

The machines equipped in our infrastructure are as follows:

CNC Turning : Double head CNC turning are available for precise work.
CNC Grinders : For Precise control of parameters
Aluminum Pressure Die-Casting : HMT Buhler make
Automats ( 70 Nos.) : Plenty of Traubs are available with 8 tools working at a time thus maintaining all the geometric parameters.
In house designed & fabricated SPM’s ( 150 Nos.): Special purpose machines have been designed & manufactured in-house to maintain the quality of critical components.
Internal Grinders (11 Nos.): HMT-WMW make internal grinders are all working at more than 30,000 rpm with auto dressing in between roughing and finishing.
Centreless and Cylindrical and Profile Grinders ( 25 Nos.): Plenty of grinders of various sizes are available
Gear Shapers ( 5 Nos.): Gear shapers are available for teeth cutting.
Milling ( 45 Nos.): A complete milling shop for all kinds of milling jobs.
Power Presses ( 60 Nos.): Punching, bending, stamping, drawing, piercing etc. jobs are preformed in the power presses shop.
Pipe Bending
Heat Treatment : Carburizing facility is available.
Standard Room : A state of the art Standard Room that caters to all the needs of calibration and critical inspections. Periodically the calibration of instruments is performed to facilitate flawless manufacturing. Standard room also helps in new production, designing, development, reverse engineering. it also acts as the final and random inspection stage.
Tool Room & Design Room : Well equipped Tool Room for manufacturing of tools, moulds, jigs, fixtures and their up-gradation and maintenance.

Research and Development

Since our inspection, we have been relentlessly engaged in researching and developing new techniques to better our range of automotive components that includes automotive transfer pumps, cylinder test benches, automotive test benches, banjo bolts, automotive gears, lift pumps, overflow valves, ac valves etc. Our research and development wing works in close coordination with production engineers, marketing experts & business managers, who provide them valuable suggestions and assist them to organize the R&D works in the right direction.

Further, these R&D personnel proceed in compliance with the current technological changes taking place in the industry. Owing to the extensive research carried out by our R&D department, we have been capable to create a distinct identity for ourselves in the markets.
